Terebinte Integrated Agriculture Project

Poultry, aquaculture and agri-tunnel farming feeding an integrated processing hub. The model’s flagship demonstration node, with a pilot targeted for 2026.

Fishery & Agri-Tunnel Sustainable Development Project

Tuna extraction, aquaculture and tunnel farming, integrated with processing and export. The national PPP design where the IPHM was first developed.

Mini-Hydro Renewable Energy Programme

Every flagship is a first node. Phase 2 designs already exist: Zambia’s expansion to three hubs across geographic nodes (US$150m, with 2,000–3,000 further jobs targeted by 2029) and Cape Verde’s three-island value-chain network. The model is built to be repeated.
